1. Your account1. حسابك

You register with a mobile number verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions.تُسجّل برقم جوال يُتحقق منه برمز لمرة واحدة. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط في حسابك وعن حماية جهازك. لا يجوز تشغيل عدة حسابات للتحايل على القيود.

2. Listings and conduct2. الإعلانات والسلوك

You may only list items you own or are authorized to sell, with truthful descriptions, real photos, and accurate prices. Prohibited: items on the Prohibited Items list, counterfeit goods, misleading listings, keyword spam, harassment, and attempts to move users off-platform to defraud them.لا تعرض إلا سلعًا تملكها أو مخوّل ببيعها، بوصف صادق وصور حقيقية وسعر دقيق. يُمنع: السلع المحظورة، والمنتجات المقلدة، والإعلانات المضللة، وحشو الكلمات المفتاحية، والتحرش، ومحاولات نقل المستخدمين خارج المنصة بغرض الاحتيال.

3. Transactions3. المعاملات

Sales are concluded directly between buyer and seller. Sellity provides communication, offers, and meetup tools but is not a party to the sale and does not guarantee performance by either side. Sellity charges no commission on peer-to-peer sales; optional paid features (such as Boost and Featured placement) are charged at the price shown before purchase and are non-refundable once the placement has started, except where required by law.يتم البيع مباشرة بين البائع والمشتري. توفر سلعتي أدوات التواصل والعروض وتنسيق اللقاء، لكنها ليست طرفًا في البيع ولا تضمن التزام أي طرف. لا تفرض سلعتي عمولة على البيع بين الأفراد؛ والميزات المدفوعة الاختيارية (مثل الترويج والظهور المميّز) تُحصّل بالسعر الظاهر قبل الشراء وغير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء الخدمة، إلا فيما يوجبه النظام.

4. Content license4. ترخيص المحتوى

You retain ownership of your listing content and grant Sellity a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, translate, and promote it within the service.تحتفظ بملكية محتوى إعلاناتك وتمنح سلعتي ترخيصًا غير حصري وعالميًا لاستضافته وعرضه وترجمته والترويج له داخل الخدمة.

5. Enforcement & termination5. الإنفاذ والإنهاء

We may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, the law, or the safety of the community, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.يجوز لنا إزالة الإعلانات أو تقييد الميزات أو تعليق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط أو الأنظمة أو سلامة المجتمع، بإشعار مسبق أو بدونه. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

6. Liability6. المسؤولية

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by KSA law, Sellity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between users.تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». وإلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به النظام السعودي، لا تتحمل سلعتي مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو النزاعات بين المستخدمين.

7. Governing law7. النظام الواجب التطبيق

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص بالنزاعات المحاكم والجهات المختصة في المملكة.
